The agreement between you and OutdoorMasterPro covering quotes, orders, payment, shipping, and the use of outdoormasterpro.com.

Read Time 14 minutes

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to outdoormasterpro.com and your purchase of raised garden beds, sheds, privacy screens, aluminum pergolas, carports, greenhouses, aluminum windows, entry doors, and related products from OutdoorMasterPro ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By requesting a quote, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing outdoormasterpro.com or engaging our services in any way — browsing the catalog, submitting a quote request, opening a wholesale account, or completing checkout — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not place an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders, retail customers, and business or dealer accounts using our site, unless a separate signed agreement between you and OutdoorMasterPro expressly states otherwise.

02

Who May Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you are creating a business, contractor, or dealer account, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the business you represent to these Terms and that the business information you provide, including any resale or tax exemption certificate, is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline an order, or terminate an account at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, repeated payment failures, or misuse of trade pricing intended for verified business accounts.

03

Quotes & Order Acceptance

Many of our products, particularly aluminum pergolas, carports, greenhouses, and entry doors, are built to your specified dimensions and finish. Because of this, our ordering process generally works in two stages:

  1. Quote request. You submit your desired dimensions, materials, finish, and site details. A quote we provide is an estimate based on the information you supply and is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
  2. Order confirmation. Once you approve a quote and submit the required deposit or payment, we will send a written order confirmation. This confirmation, together with these Terms, forms the contract between us for that order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors discovered after a quote is issued, before an order is confirmed. If a correction materially changes the price or scope, we will contact you before proceeding.

04

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, freight surcharges, and any site-specific delivery fees unless stated otherwise on your quote.

  • Standard, in-stock items such as certain raised garden beds and privacy screens may be paid in full at checkout.
  • Custom and made-to-order items, including aluminum pergolas, carports, greenhouses, sheds, windows, and entry doors, typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to shipment, as specified on your order confirmation.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or listed on your written quote. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders but will not change for an order already confirmed in writing, except as described in Section 3 above.
05

Production & Lead Times

Estimated production and lead times provided on our site, in a quote, or by our team are good-faith estimates based on current order volume and material availability. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Custom structures such as pergolas, greenhouses, and carports may require several weeks of production time depending on specification and season.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay to your estimated timeline. Delays caused by material shortages, weather, carrier disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control do not entitle you to cancel a confirmed custom order except as described in our Refund Policy.

06

Shipping & Delivery

Given the size of many of our products, most orders ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, accessible delivery location, including driveway or curbside access appropriate for a freight truck.
  • Someone authorized to accept delivery should be available during the scheduled delivery window; additional attempts may incur redelivery fees.
  • You should inspect the shipment for visible damage at the time of delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, wherever practical.
  • Title and risk of loss for delivered goods pass to you upon delivery to the address provided, except where a claim for freight damage is properly documented and submitted as described in our Refund Policy.
07

Installation

OutdoorMasterPro is a manufacturer and supplier of outdoor structures. Unless a specific installation service is expressly included and confirmed in writing on your order, we do not provide on-site installation, assembly, foundation work, or electrical or plumbing connection for products such as sheds, pergolas, carports, or greenhouses.

You are responsible for arranging qualified installation, whether by your own team, a licensed contractor, or a third-party installer of your choosing, and for confirming that installation complies with local building codes, permit requirements, and property restrictions. See our Disclaimer for additional detail on permits and code compliance.

08

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, including a wholesale or dealer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@outdoormasterpro.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

09

Acceptable Use

When using outdoormasterpro.com, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the site.
  • Submit false information when requesting trade pricing, a resale certificate, or a dealer account.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish our product catalog, pricing, or specification content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.
  • Introduce malicious code, interfere with site functionality, or place an excessive load on our infrastructure.

You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference in connection with an active or prospective order, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11

Warranties

Applicable product warranties, where offered, are described on the relevant product page or included with your order documentation and vary by category and material. Except for any express warranty stated in writing at the time of purchase, our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutdoorMasterPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of our site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited from limitation.

13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OutdoorMasterPro, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of our site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your order or installation of our products.

14

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which OutdoorMasterPro is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

15

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, processes, or applicable law. Updates take effect once posted on this page, with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of our site or placement of a new order after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to an order confirmed before the update.
